How do you hydrate?

Headed to Disney this summer and wondering how do you all hydrate?

Do you:
Take water bottles and fill them up at the fountains?
Purchase drinks from the vendors?
Carry a camelbak?
Carry a plastic drink bottle with a built in filter?
Or other?

Are you on the dining plan and are you staying on property?

What I do is whenever I eat at the food courts at the hotel, using my dining plan, I get a bottle of water as my beverage and I usually put it aside and just fill up my refillable mug and use that to drink. Then I take the water to the park with me and refill if needed. I sometimes also bring the small, individual packets of flavoring/lemonade/etc and just fill them up in case the water gets to be too boring lol.

Also taking lots of trips into stores/indoor attractions to keep cool helps as well.

I just buy the bottles of water. I hate to carry a lot of things around (although that gets harder to not do as I get older) so I just pay the $2.50 or whatever it is now.

I usually bring in my own bottle of Gatorade but if/when it runs out, I'll go to any counter service and ask for a cup of water

I usually bring a couple of bottles of water with me and ask for ice when I want to drink them. If i need more I will buy a bottle or ask for a cup of water.

if you are staying dvc you'll have a fridge so you could stock it with bottles of water for much less than buying bottles in the parks.

also the soda machines in the resort food courts have water in them as well and it doesnt taste nasty like the tap water. it also comes out cold so you could stop off and fill up a bottle at breakfast or on your way out to the parks.

i usually have my own water for the morning but usually wind up buying more in the afternoon. i'm a bit wuss in the heat and need to make sure i have water. and always opt for water at meals rather than soda, that definitely helps. Especially if you are doing counter service and you can take your bottle with you if you dont finish it with your meal.

have an awesome time!

I also just buy the bottles of water from the park. I hate carrying things around with me, and I'm rarely thirsty - even when it's scorching out.

Well I find the best way to hydrate is to insert fluids into your mouth.

Intravenous is very good, but unless you are willing to pay for the needles it isn't very cost effective. It is also very difficult to walk around with one inserted.

God bless the "Ignore" button.
In our family of 5, we (by which I mean "I") carry around a backpack with bottles of water. No a big bottled water fan, but it's easier than having to hunt down a drinking fountain whenever someone's thirsty.

We've been twice in August and didn't specifically plan for hydration. If we're thirsty we'll drink. We did have frozen Lemonade and tea more than we might in a February trip though...

I drink water from a fountain. Maybe I will buy a bottle once or twice on a week long trip.

I am not the type of person who constantly drinks water or other "hydration" drinks whie walking around. The truth is, it can be bad to drink too much (amazing but true)

Our plan was two fold when we went. We bought a case of water bottles from Publix (the local grocery store) and froze them in our room mini-fridge and brought those with us but we also had a water botter w/ a filter that once we ran out of bottled water we used. The filter really helped get rid of the "Florida" taste (what we started to call it by the end of the trip).

I never ever drink from the fountains in the parks simply cause I reckon the difference between Fla water and UK water would upset my stomach *thinks Charlotte in SATC movie* lol!
We tend to buy 24 packs of water in walmart and freeze them. We then take a bottle of water each to the parks, they stay cool for ages. When we run out we just buy more bottles in the park!
