Seems like a lot of unused land being taken up by the tour. What's it a tour of anyway?
from my understanding when the bathrooms are complete by pan the old ones that are back in the corner will be turned into an interactive que so probably then pan will get a refurbI can see them holding off on a pan refurb until new fantasy land is open. I bet you all would be complaining even more than u already do now if It was down for a long rehab along with the new fantasy land...
YES!!!!I'm ready something, anything. Just give me something with Walt written all over it!
A bunch of deteriorating movie vehicles and a scene that's been ripping off the Earthquake attraction from Universal since 1989.
What opened first is irrelevant since MGM was a knee-jerk reaction to Uni's plans in the swamps. Re: reaction, as in acting in response to someone else's doing. No troll by the way, just a person that likes to point out the obvious.Yes, if only Earthquake opened before it, which it didn't. Try a year later. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_former_Universal_Studios_Florida_attractions
Why do Uni fanbois troll these boards anyway?
I think he's referring to the original Earthquake scene from the California Tram Tour - which the Orlando one is based on - that opened years before.Yes, if only Earthquake opened before it, which it didn't. maybe the backlot tour "refurb" is for demolition? lol
(along with the new Fantasyland butterbeer).
100% agree with you on that one but I've seen a lot more repetition on Uni's side than the other way around. Most notably, fastpass, pins and vacation club.
Actually, pins as-is were sold at Universal before Disney, not the other way around.
And Vacation Club? Universal doesn't have a DVC equivalent...
pins go back to the medieval days. Trading pins are a different matter.Pins have been sold at the Walt Disney world resort long before universal even opened

It's one of the most shameful Disney ripoffs (along with the new Fantasyland butterbeer).
Personally, I think Universal should offer a discount on tickets to DVC members to see if they can swoon any unsatisfied Disney fans.Actually, pins as-is were sold at Universal before Disney, not the other way around.
