Welcome aboard! I'm fairly new here myself, but everybody's been great here. As far as that title beneath your name, yes it changes with post count. As far as reputation, don't really worry about that one much. If someone likes what you post, they'll click on that little symbol of the scales and say they agree with what you wrote. If someone posts something incredibly insensitive or inappropriate then the scales can also give negative feedback and drop the reputation. It's set up in such a way though that one person can't keep giving or taking constantly from another person. Really not that important overall though. Just don't pay it much attention and just enjoy your time here, that's the important thing.
