Help! Crocs have Taken Over Disney!

That's what I've been saying! In the queue for the bus after a long day at the parks, I'm DANCING!(literally, my SO was so ashamed:lol:). My feet didn't hurt!

Well I wasn't dancing, but my legs did not hurt either. I had a bad reaction to some medication and my legs swelled and hurt terribly, with the crocs I was able to walk without any pain (my ankles & knees did not hurt a bit!) :sohappy:

two things to say:
1. no offense to those who like crocs but I find them very ugly, everyone in my town hates them and those who own a pair have"lost" theirs, or so they say. I agree that they are ugly(with the exception of the disney and pirates ones! those are cute!)

2. what's going on with the president's socks?!:veryconfu

Yes, but do you have the Presidential seal socks to go with them?

Someone needs to teach this man who to dress!

...and to think, I only thought someone needed to teach him how to govern.

Ugh. I hate these "Crocs". For awhile I just chalked it up to those really-cheap shoe places and alot of tourists having bad tastes. I didn't think that they were a nationwide craze. It will be one of those crazy things on those "Remember 2007?" shows.

My fiancee will probably get a pair for our trip in September - I can't bring myself to get them yet, for now anyway.....

Has anyone tried or does anyone own adidas jawpaw shoes? If so, how are they around the parks?!

I must say im not a fan of the crocs. When i went to WDW last year it was the first time i saw them and couldnt stand them. To me they look cheap and tacky. Also i think its almost impossible to find them up here in NY, mostly available in a lot of the cities in the south i have noticed. Wont catch me wearin 'em. dont mind if you do though = )

Where in NY do you live?

I'm about 45 miles north of NYC and they are in the malls and uniform shops in the area. I know they have them on Long Island because my niece & I were talking about them after she saw mine. They are popular there too.

Jibbitz

Just purchased a pair of crocs for the kids and myself; my husband swears their the most comfortable shoes! The kids and I got him a few jibbitz to add to his crocs (Pirates, Tigger, Buzz and Mickey) - of course he loves them; and wears them proudly (they are from the kids).

We'll be at WDW late August - are the jibbitz available in the parks?

I have a pair of disney crocs. They are very comfortable and I wear them more than I thought I would. I finially got a pair when they came out with the mickey heads instead of the dots. I never thought I would own a pair, now I would like more.

Yes, we gout ours in MouseGear in Epcot. They say they are for the kid's Disney Crocs only, but mine haven't fallen out and I wear mine just about everyday.

When Crocs first came out, I was quite determined to boycott them due to how ugly they were. Then came the day when I put a pair on for the first time. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. During our last trip to WDW, I brought my Crocs and my sneakers. I never wore the sneakers!

Crocs are everywhere around here (B'ham, Alabama area). I have a pink Mickey pair and LOVE them! They are so comfortable. I will be taking them with me on my next WDW vacation.
