If you do a search on youtube, you can find a video spoofing the Heene boys. I'm afraid that I can't give you the name of the video because it's vulgar.

But it is a rap that also shows clips of them on the Wife Swap show ; my mother would have called them little hellions, and she would have known, having 4 similar boys. :lol:

My first question (before I knew he was hiding in the attic) was "Was the oldest babysitting? Sounds like something my brothers would have done."

The big difference is that my brothers would have been severely punished. These parents don't discipline (and I don't mean corporal punishment, btw) these boys at all.

Exactly. It just looks like they have free run of the house...or....sky?:lookaroun:lol:


It's being blown (heh) WAY out of proportion, though...as usual.

Im sure TLC is in talks so they can get there own show.Reminded me of Malcome in the middle,This thing was planned by the parents all along.The news kept saying they searched the house how do you miss the garage attic?

That video isn't a spoof. It's actually them. I think it's disturbing. I don't like seeing kids talk like that at all.

Supposedly, this is how it happened yesterday....

The whole family was messing around with the balloon. The mom was supposed to tether it to the ground (she said she did.) The dad went to turn something on (?) and when he got back the balloon was floating away. The parents argued/yelled at each other about it. The oldest son said something like "Falcon is in the balloon." So they ran around the house looking for him for 5-10 minutes. The older brother showed the parents a video he had taken earlier in the day where Falcon said "I'm going to sneak onto the balloon." When he couldn't find him, they called the FAA. The FAA said to call 911 so they did.

I guess earlier in the day, Falcon had climbed onto the balloon and that Dad yelled at him. That is why he ran off to hide.

I guess the Dad was there when the balloon floated away. There is a video of it. The dad swears but it's beeped out. Not sure if I can post it here or not. It's on youtube though.

Of course, anyone who would subject their children to "reality" TV (never mind themselves) are either sleezy or idiots. IMO, of course.

The incident has made the family an Internet sensation. A YouTube video of the children rapping has gotten views all over the world. In it, the children use expletives.

"I don't want to be a hypocrite. I'm not going to tell my kid you can't cuss, and yet they hear me do it. I'm not going to do that," Richard Heene said.
The family's rule is that "the kids can cuss in the house -- they're not allowed to cuss outside," he said.

CNN's John Roberts noted the YouTube video is "out there in public."

The father said, "We were looking at it like a Beastie Boys thing. And we figured that, you know, some funny comments would come in, the kids would go, 'Hey, that's cool. I can't wait to take the next music lesson.' You know, and quite frankly, they're very enthused about playing instruments."

He doesn't want to be a hypocrite? He must let his kids drive the car, because, after all, they see him do it all the time. Or, an even more radical idea, why doesn't he stop cussing in front of his children, which is what responsible parents do. I know my language changed from R to G, then back to PG, now that the kids are teenagers and grown. :lol:

Now, when I'm alone in the car, etc. I revert back to my younger habits.

And yeah....This whole thing=:snore: at this point. The most interesting part was yesterday, and this morning when all the radio shows were making fun of him.:lol::lookaroun

I don't have children yet. But from what I've seen of this family...they have a strange parenting style.
