I mean, his arrival was announced for Late November.

So far he seems to be on track for that.

A nice little addition though I feel it should have gone in Disneyland's, where it was intended.

Disneyland got one with their Haunted Mansion Holiday install this year - him popping up at WDW makes me think he'll stick around when the regular show comes back online.
