The light up wigs made appearances in a bunch of those media videos, as did Guardians character glasses and at least one person dressed like a Tivan servant. I think those wigs were just costuming for the extras sent in to fill out the on-ride videos for the media.

I think they put those wigs on people in the videos because the floating "hair" looks kinda cool on the drops.

Oh, I did it!

Please tell me their reactions are real.. I mean... the others are all having fun and these "reporters" are insanely screaming. :hilarious:
I mean, they never have ANYTHING trill in their lives?

Lol, I feel bad for the guy in the middle. The guy in the blue shirt sure seems to be squeezing and holding tight on something
One of the reasons I dont go to horror or heavy action movies with my sister.. she's like that.. I end with my arm heavily scratched or with skin stretchs x_x

The ones having fun are willingly going on the ride. The reporters may not normally go on a ride like, this and are only doing it for the job.

Of course, being in air personalities, they may be exaggerating for the camera too.

Guardians of the Galaxy 3 will be released in 2020.

“James Gunn Confirms ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ Is Coming in 2020”

I wonder if they will add new scenes to Mission Breakout.

Even more Guardians can show up other than the original cast.

“Speaking to The Independent last year, Gunn commented on whether the other group of Guardians — including Sylvester Stallone's Stakar, Michelle Yeoh's Aleta, Ving Rhames's Charlie-27, and Mainframe, who is voiced by Miley Cyrus — would appear in Vol. 3.”

"I would love to see those characters reappear in the future," he said. "Where exactly they will be, whether it is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 or their own movie, or someone else's movie, we’ll have to wait and see. I think I have most of the answers now but we’ll have to completely figure it out in a little bit.”

There’s a lot they can do with Guardians.

There is no denying that the Guardians of the Galaxy is a fun series. I really, really like the movies, and will look forward to a Volume 3.

That said, I do wonder after Volume 3, if they stop making new movies, how long their popularity will last. Is it timeless? A classic?

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

They ought to add more scenes now. Several different drop profiles have the same scenes.

Personally, while most of the scenes I've witnessed are fun, I do wish they were more focused on us. It has been said, but it's a rough transition having a preshow that sells involvement to riders, and then treats them as spectators once the ride begins. It is a lot of fun dropping and bouncing to catchy music, but from the glimpses we get it seems that whatever is happening to the Guardians is more exciting.

I think we all know that the answer is No and No. Irreverant and Timeless/ Classic aren’t words that usually go together.
Seriously? While it's always hard to predict how we will look back on certain things while we're in the midst of them, squeaky clean Disney movies certainly aren't the only films that can become timeless classics. You don't have to like it, but the main reason superhero/comic book movies is because Marvel Studios has been pumping out highly acclaimed blockbuster with unprecedented consistency and the Guardians films are widely considered to be among the best of them irreverence and all. Again, it's hard to predict the future, but I feel compelled to argue that this could be as valuable of a blockbuster IP for the parks as Star Wars and Indiana Jones have been in the long run.

Very well put. It takes an immersive experience and makes it passive. The hands up security clearance is not the worst case scenario of forced interaction but I think it kind of falls into the category of what feels off about passive experiences trying to hard to tell a story of interaction rather than the happenings being the experience itself. A slice of what Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow had wrong about it(among many other things)

I liked the movies but I’m betting against us looking back at the GOTG franchise as timeless in 30 years. I think it’s a pretty safe bet. Usually you can tell what is timeless pretty quickly when words like “instant classic” are used. In fact, how many Super Hero movies in general can we look back at as being timeless/ Classic? Very few. Movies with boring, predictable plots that rely on a lot of special effects aren’t really qualities that scream timeless or classic. With that said, I do think GOTG is one of the better Marvel films under Disney’s watch. Anyway, I don’t think a Disney movie has to be squeaky clean to be a classic. My favorite “Disney” movie is Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

I don’t even think GOTG is that edgy. I guess if you compare it to other Disney IP at the parks then it’s edgy. Certainly not as edgy as taking a wench for a bride.
