Frozen Ever After is a great ride and people love it. This is the new direction for Epcot and if you don't like it you are clearly living in the past. ;)

I don't see much difference between Frozen, the addition of Ratatouille and the new nighttime show. I look forward to WS 2.0.

I'm sure the blatant disregard for a meticulously planned futuristic experimental prototype community of tomorrow will all be worth it for a 65 second generic dark roller coaster experience.

That experimental prototype community was disregarded about 20 years ago, and left to become a dated 80's looking version of what we believed the future might bring when we were living in the 70's.

You have no idea what the entire experience of this coaster is going to be like.
I can say I don't like free falls - but then there's Tower of Terror.
Or, I don't like log flumes - but then there's Splash Mountain.
I was simply giving my personal feelings on coasters, I wasn't trying to say that's how everyone feels. Obviously I am in the minority in that regard. I mentioned in another thread omnimovers, Energy/GMR type rides are what I come to Disney for (among others), not coasters. Once they start replacing those experiences with coasters, thats when its time for me to sadly walk away.

I really think big slow 🐌 moving omnimovers induced extreme boredom in the age of video games. Society has changed.

Next time you you watch a 30 second commercial just count the number of scene cuts. Average is one per second.

I agree with you. EPCOT Center Future World was always meant to be updated. Old technology does not age well. It was a laziness in direction that led to the next decade or two of decline where the cheap and easy short term alternative was favored in place of the long term. We still see the results of this today.

Oh I totally agree with that and again i'm not suggesting that I am in the majority. Society may be changing but I don't have to like it ;)

No, such a shame it’s happening at all.

If you never got it before, you won’t get it now.
When something is subjective, I don't think it's as simple as "getting it" or "not getting it". It may just be a difference of opinion -- both about the "original" concept vs. now (which is "better"), and/or whether that "original" concept was ever going to be viable over the longer term.

Sorry, as in it was something that seems most people had to experience first hand to “get it”. If you didn’t, you can’t really say what it was like. Subjective or not, if you never saw it you can’t know what it was or wasn’t like.

Even my videos can’t do it justice :hilarious:

The silver lining for Martin is that his videos will become more and more historic.
