I’ve seen a proposal for it to be themed. If it happens or not I don’t know. Personally I hope it won’t, but a blank box won’t cut it either.
It must be a really bad proposal if you would prefer a blank box over the proposed theme!

I hope the proposal is not something like Guardians Tower at DCA, I really don't care for that look. It isn't, is it?

Please say no.

Can you imagine the Guardians Tower look coming up in this view. It will be the wand all over again, only this time it won't be reversable!:

Can you imagine what would happen when one of the fronds falls 100+' to the ground? lol Yikes
Other than perhaps knocking someone into the shark alligator infested waters, I think 60' vs 100' vs 200' would be the same for a palm frond as I think fronds reach terminal velocity after falling about 20-30 feet. :)

Didn't the original "Space" pavilion design from the 70s have a fairly large building/tower component that was fairly boxy? Couldn't they at least try some design on this box that isn't "oil refinery east coast edition?"

The space and seas (pretty sure it was seas) pavilions both had towers. The space concept was by far more extravagent.

Personally, if the space pavilion was built like this then I probably wouldn't complain. It has visible purpose other then "giant box in park". It literally screams "I'm space".

And basically what looks like Horizons with a giant X-2 rocket sticking out of it. I think this was when Horizons still existed but M:S was being "blue sky'd". More info on this concept would be appreciated.

That’s my art :)

This is based on one of the later proposals for the space pavilion.

Nope. That was a "science and invention" pavilion that in a convoluted way became Horizons.

I can’t figure out how if the tunnel is low and the show building is so high how the ride intends to get you to the top of the building. There’s not space for a steep incline inside the new show building is there so must be some sort of lift?

Got that part but if the launch is like RnR then it would need a steep almost vertical track to get to ththe top of the show building

Now, if we start to see slanted beams installed on the side. WATCH OUT new worlds largest leave a legacy monolith. They could put all of the metal panels on the new legacy display and then refrub the main entrance finally. LOL
