Sigh

"There not going be an exit shop"

"Riiiigght...You underestimate Disney, it'll be there"

Your insinuation is all that's needed....now be gone before someone drops a house on you...
"It" was referring to merch, not a giftshop. But I'll give you a pass on that comprehension confusion.
Hope there's room in your house for that brand new incoming "won an internet fight" trophy!

Clearly, there are trains that do inversions with just lap bars, so I stand...er, sit... corrected. The few inversion coasters I've ridden with lap bars (not OTSRs) also had seat belts. The Karacho doesn't seem to have them. Even many OTSR coasters have belts holding the restraint down.

The lap bar being the sole restraint seems like a terrible single point of failure to me. The latent engineer in me does not approve.

I understand your point but Physics are pretty solid though. Log Flumes and standard looping coasters never required anything other than a lapbar(and many flumes not even that and many still do not) The lapbars are just to keep people deterred from standing up. Scorpion at Busch Gardens Tampa has been operating with just a lap bar and not back up since the 80s. Even Over the Shoulder Harnesses were not required to have seatbelts for a long time. I remeber my first six rides on Kumba did not have seat belts to the harness.

All this being said the point is probably moot.
