If you are talking about use in the parks, I'm not sure being an "X-Men location" would matter. IIRC the contract with Uni talks more about characters, not settings and the "family" rule probably wouldn't apply to prohibiting use of the Savage Land.

That said, it's possible that the Savage Land would not be available to use by Disney in the MCU due to the X-Men license with Fox. However, I could have sworn that there were rumors of a Ka-Zar movie being considered by Marvel Studios at some point and surely the Savage Land movie rights are tied to that character specific.
From what I've read digging elsewhere, Ka-Zar and Savage Land is one of those gray areas that both Fox and Marvel can use like Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

I certainly would.

It's missed two close dates already. But if it's important to you I'd make sure to do it soon. Just in case.
We popped in to see Ellen last year during our 9/7-9/17 trip, riding for what we thought would be the "last time".

When we visit again this year (9/6-9/16), are we likely to be able to ride again? (Hubby says he doesn't need to, but he's not in charge of these decisions.)

And just for fun @marni1971, knowing our dates, do you think we will get a few more spins on GMR? Many thanks.

Assuming UOE gets the axe this fall is this the only attraction slated to be shuttered at Epcot this year?

Well if you had the good fortune to visit Epcot in the mid 90's then one would have the opinion that most of future world is shuttered in its current state.

So seriously... Innoventions is shuttered... Life Pavilion shuttered... Mission Space under refurb... Loss of sponsor on Spaceship Earth... Energy potentially gone... and a half arsed Imagination... things aren't very impressive.

GMR I'd hazard possibly not. Energy probably not. Last I heard. I hope I'm wrong - I'd be able to do both again too!
