I'm sorry but have you ever seen any of his tribute videos to past Disney attractions? They really teach you about the past times of WDW and how much work they put into them (Especially the ones shot at Epcot). So I wouldn't want to insult or threaten a member that is one of the more informative members of this site that knows about the past history of various attractions and how it touched past visitors.

To me he's marnie71 from Manchester who likes rugby, hates football, can see old Trafford from work and is quite knowledgable about Disney.

And I'm sure he's a big enough boy that he can fight his own battles.

I had a very productive conversation on this thread with the member in question...I asked some questions (including about the weather) and he answered me... It was all orderly and polite... I then felt I contributed to the discussion.

Seems I wrongly thought everything had died down... I didn't threaten anybody and I didn't insult anybody personally either (and you would have to go a long way to say I insulted anybody at all)

We accept Universal for that because that's the way they've been from the start. We expect it from them and only really care if the attractions are good or not. We hold Disney to a much higher standard because we remember a time where they were better than that. Much better.

Yes, even with all the recent additions and those upcoming Universal doesn't hold a candle to what Walt Disney World once was.

Honestly, I have been unable to identify the new park identity. Yes, I understand the addition of country- and regionally-inspired animated films to World Showcase, but the intent for Future World is unclear to me. Every night, when the park closes, Living with the Land is still a biodome inspired by futurist thought.

Epcot and HS might be going through a major identity crises for the next few years.

I don't mind criticism but some of it has perhaps been called for and some of it unjustified lol and thanks for the spelling correction... I was using a browser at work earlier and somebody had set the language to English (US) and it was driving me mad!
