It's definitely not related to Star Wars. The SWPPP is a document standardized by the EPA (and state level DEPs) and utilized when impacts are being made to existing drainage patterns within a project's limits.

Correct people need to understand how loosely these things are connected to their respective projects. Morpho, ascot, Delos, alkatraz, and Italian job for example. They don't exactly give it away.

At least now it sounds like Guardians is no more. I love the films (huge Marvel fan here) and would certainly think a redo of RnRC could be a great alternative... but Guardians is not a ride that belongs in Epcot. Excited to hear what the replacement actually will be!

If so I'm disappointed -- ironically, less because of the improper placement of GotG in FW (I'm kinda numb to caring at this point) but moreso because I keep hoping that a new build for GotG would be an anchor to a proper Marvel land in DHS.

The Marvel contract seems to remove that possibility. Time and money are being spent on other attractions using IPs that can't be used in Orlando. Marvel will be concentrated elsewhere.

Hmmm I am really surprised. I thought when it went off the table it would stay off. Hopefully they do it right though. Marni you said your were hopeful about what was going to be down to Epcot as a whole are you still? Or was the the nail sending it the other way?
