It's definitely not related to Star Wars. The SWPPP is a document standardized by the EPA (and state level DEPs) and utilized when impacts are being made to existing drainage patterns within a project's limits.

Falls under the Avengers part of Universal's contract. Universal's actually planning an Iron Man ride too judging from patents published around the same time as the Nintendo ride ones.

D stands for Delos, the name of the company that built the robots in West World.

So, while not totally unrelated, it's connection is vague enough that even if you were sure, let's say, GotG was coming, you still wouldn't guess what the S stood for. And consequently, being given the S, we'd have no hope of making any good guess.
