I'd rather they build whatever they feel is best for the pavilion, and not wait to let the box office dictate how they expand the park(s).

This. Rat's the better choice (though B&TB probably will be from a ride standpoint). Though why we can't have one in one park and one in the other, that, you know, just added a Beauty and the Beast area a couple of years ago. Watch us get neither.

Do we know what kind of ride BATB would even be? (Haven't read those threads)
Isn't this just a rehash of information that's been posted in various threads on the forums already?
Anyway...
My notes in bold:
- Energy is getting a GotG overhaul, green lit.
- Wonders might get a GotG phase 2, or something else. Or be demolished.
- Communicore (outside of mouse gear) will be updated/overhauled, green lit. Including Mousegear
- Mission Space will get a refurb/update, green lit.
- There are plans for Imagination, but not green lit.
- Land might get a update, but not green lit. will get an update
- Seas will remain as is wrong
- Test Track will remain as is
- Space Ship Earth will remain as is wrong
- Disney Pixar Short Film Festival to get replaced with Inside Out (Part of imagination plans), but not green lit. Wrong
- Brazil Pavillon, but not green lit.
- Ratatouille Ride in France, green lit. Not green lit.
- Coco For Mexico, Not green lit
- Replacement for Illuminations. 2017-2019, Green Lit. Didn't I post those dates like 3 hours ago?

Thanks for the update, will be very interesting to see what sort of updates are coming to the land and the sea. I feel pretty certain at least that the circle of life film will go but it'll be interesting to see what else. Also I wonder how much of this will be "marketable" as it seems like a lot of updating. Updating is great and much needed, but I'm kind of surpassed management would want something that costs money and may not be marketable (unless it's overhauled to the extent that it's new)

Most folks on the forums are aware of the rumor that there are going to also be some serious aesthetic changes to the entry, through FW and all the way up to the beginnings of WS. I was wondering if these changes were green lit also.
I believe this (the central spine) is green.

A refurb and update to tech is fine. But any drastic alteration to theme, design, or otherwise...gets a big fat NOPE from me.
