Cabanas seems like the obvious choice.

I was at EPCOT Sunday night and today (Tuesday) and Ellen was not open at all. There was a rope across with a small, hanging closed sign. Is it closed for good? We were going to make one final ride on it.

Indeed. It often closes at 7pm (declined by a degree) but no idea about today. Unscientific check of the apps wait times doesn't show it at all at the mo. As an aside in general info it's listed as open 9-7.

Owing to it's proximity to the main entrance, any possibility it was used in some fashion for the Death Star event which necessitated its closure? That would explain being closed yesterday (before the event) and today (time needed for take-down, etc.). Just guessing.
