Got my new planning DVD

I got my new planning DVD in the mail today! :sohappy: While my husband and I were watching it, we noticed something very interesting. The Magic Kingdom Mountains are mentioned with pictures of only Splash and Thunder. There is no picture or utterance of Space. I can't remember the exact wording, but it's something like those who tackle this duo. That's a big change from the triple mountain whammy. I haven't watched the whole DVD yet. I will edit and report as necessary in case there's a mention of Space later on in it.

I got mine monday!!! And then my Magical Express tags came in yesterday!!!:sohappy:

And I picked up on the "duo" too, but I thought it was just because they were referring to Fronteirland??? But it makes sense if Space Mountain will be closed throughout most of 2009 I guess :shrug:

I thought it was well put together, even though a lot of it was recycled from the last DVD. I still wish they would bring Erin and the gang back though. :brick:

I got mine yesterday! My DH and I watched the whole thing! I love how it gives you two hours of pure joy! I didn't realize the whole thing about Space Mountain until I read some of these threads. That is pretty depressing. We'll be there on Feb. 1st!! Let's hope it is still up and working!! The video was a mix of last years video and new material from this years, "What will you celebrate." Make sure to order it if you haven't already. Definitely worth it!!! Enjoy!!

I wondered how they were going to approach Space being down basically all year. It's kind of glad they didn't hype it up to get people all excited, only for them to show up and find it's down.

My husband said something about because of Frontierland, but then we remembered the whammy.

I know....

I just got mine in the mail yesterday. We are 23 days out. I am actually holding off on watching and its killing me!!!!! I figured about two weeks out when I can't wait any longer I will pop it in and make the excitement worse!!! :brick:

The Pirate and Princess Party is still on the planning DVD. I guess the decision to cut those was really last minute or made too late to edit the DVD.

I just got mine in the mail today (ordered it well over a month ago). Haven't watched the DVD yet, but just from flipping through the booklet I noticed that they refer to Fantasmic as a "nightly, awe-inspiring spectacle..." :lookaroun
