And did you see there's a post on the You Tube page that says "don't go see HP the first weekend- Make WB pay for pushing it back." I just kind of laughed and said thought Yeah, OKAY that's gonna happen.
[It's kind of a good idea though.]

Yeah...like it's going to make any difference. That movie will make money no matter what.Not bad for a Monday I guess.

Plus, now that I think about it...it probably was smarter of them to push it back. Reason being is Twilight is coming out (as you know) and that could be some sort of competition with it...since they were to be released at about the same time.
It doesn't make me happy that they did it...and for the reason that they're doing it...but, they probably will do better by pushing it back. But oh the agony! :lol:

I'm the same way. I HATE listening to myself speak (and I get so embarrassed seeing myself on tape).
My mom is the same way.

I don't know! It's the weirdest thing. The A&P here had the 3-Disc special edition dvd for sale! So I got it.

I'm sure...but I bet the studio was worried about it though...enough to try to push it back. They didn't want to chance it.But I'm sure people would pay to see both. I know I would! It stinks.

Well and it all goes back to the writer's strike, they are very lucky that WB had the Dark Knight to get them through this year. HP will get them through 2009 and they will be caught back up (revenue wise) good thing for them they had 2 guarantee money makers to get them through.
[I watch too much Entourage :lol:]

Yeah, you're right about that.
I don't know if this is true, but I read this somewhere: I read they were pushing it back because there were going to be really no good family-friendly movies being released over the summer. Also, that the strike would affect other companies, so HP wouldn't have too much competition (again, don't know if they are true, just saying what I heard).

I actually saw the third one before the other 2. But it is awsome! Ahhh! I want to see HP so badly!

Yeah...Sammie said the same thing...so that would lead me to believe it was probably true.
And it does look like the best movie...but the 6th book is one of my favorite book.

Me too. I was kind of suprised we didn't see the preview at James Bond this weekend. But we did see Star Trek, and the Watchmen.
When we saw the Dark Knight the previews were awesome- Watchment, HP, James Bond and Twilight.

My favorite book is #7. I can't wait for the movie (although I'm going to go crazy, with it split in 2).
Oh my goodness. I'm so excited!
I love how they've actually utilized the city of London in a lot of the scenes. Like the one toward the end of them destroying the Millennium Bridge... SO COOL!
