It is Susan just remember if it is too hard add more potato if too runny add more sugar it is fail proof. I roll mine between to sheets of wax paper therefore not using any more sugar. Then I use the wax paper to help me roll it up. I also use my hands to knead it more til it is not sticky any more. adding sugar as I go.

That is why you need to add an equal amount of peanut better. it might come out the end it is ok just cut it and eat the end

Last week of Sept I moved my mother in with us (not sure if I told you all) I need to start taking care of her. She is driving me crazy.
