What'd you get this time? And how did you like the book?
Oh and I forgot to mention. marc and I are switching DVC guides. He STINKS. We want to go with the guy his parents have, but I don't recall it off the top of my head. He never returns our calls. :brick:
Looove the book - I like how the points can be used for more than just WDW - the cruise line looks more reasonable that way.
DH and I are agreed, however, it really depends on his legacy from his grandpa....and we have no idea when that will be settled.
Thanks for the heads up about MJ - we'll keep that in mind. I'm curious if you guys looked into buying DVC through resale vs Disney?

Resale is okay... it just wasn't as cheap as through DVC for us though. We got a great promotion at the time - a free year's worth of points. and the cruise line STINKS with using points. It's way cheaper to pay out of pocket. We've crunched the numbers. But interval international is WAY cool, which makes up for the bad cruise points. You can stay practically anywhere in the world! We're planning on going abroad for one of our anniversaries in the upcoming years. :sohappy:

Of course! You haven't had REAL marshmallows until you've had homemade. I also make flavored ones - pink peppermint is a good one. :slurp:
Once you've had homemade you can't go back to those styrofoam numbers.

The current promo is contributing a % toward the down payment, plus a free trip if done by 10/13. Offer expires mid-Jan though, and we won't know anything yet. I found it interesting when comparing AKV and BLT that the monthly payments (including annual fees) for the 10 year financing were about the same. Fees for AKV were a little higher.
I'd love to go abroad...but I'd have to go alone. There's that whole little business of DH not flying. :hammer:
