Has she done that yet?
Yes...she did it last night.

The dog and her had spent some time together...and had been co-existing nicely, and then the dog simply walked past the cat and the cat all the sudden hissed at her and swiped at the dog...causing the dog to limp for a few minutes. She didn't get "hurt"...no bleeding. I think it surprised her more than anything. So now the dog is a lot gunshy.

Whew! I FINALLY caught up. The show was amazing last night. The Nativity and Nutcracker scenes were my favorite. However, there were several people flashing away on their cameras, and it drove me crazy!

Also, I finally finished Twilight! I loved it! I can't wait to read the others now.

Edit: Perhaps over PM when the time comes, so as not to scare the young 'uns around here :lookaroun

Hey!:lookaroun

Steph- I meant to tell you, look at the cute Haunted Mansion Chip and Dale pin I bought on Ebay. I got it in the mail yesterday I love it!!!

I love it!!!

That's rotten luck!
It doesn't seem like a fair way to do it.

The way my school does scheduling, it goes by seniority...and athletes. I don't like that part at all.

seriously, I came home the other night.

DD: Hello Dad, Today I was like, and then he was like, and then the teacher was like.. but its cool now.

I'm like..........

HA!!:ROFLOL:

Christmas in Disney is like nothing else. I've made a zillion ADR's... Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner Christmas Eve, Princess breakfast in Norway Christmas morning, Candlelight Processional Christmas night w/dinner first at Teppan Edo. Let's see, also have ressies at Kona Cafe, 'Ohana, Coral Reef, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Chef Mickey's, and Mama Melrose (dinner) and breakfast for 'Ohana and 1900 Park Fare. Phew, that's a lot! Yes, we have the DDP. Couldn't afford all those TS otherwise.

Oooo, those are nice! I hope to do the CP package next year myself.

Nickname suggestions...
Cubby
Squirt
Thumper
Bean

Okay, I'll stop.

I like Squirt myself.

Mmm, food.

What are everyone's Thanksgiving plans?

We're having it at my house (after the Thanksgiving football game), and my aunt and family are coming in from PA (we usually have it there).

Goober!
Now there's a cute nickname.

I'll shut up now.

Love it!

Yes,

*sigh*

Steph had too much to drink last night! :lookaroun

Nnnnope. Fate apparantly wanted us to have an extra, little wedding favor

:ROFLOL::ROFLOL:

Here’s the short version, I will work on a better one for my blog. Bare with me, I went to bed about 3am and my mind was still reeling with thoughts from the movie so what little I did sleep wasn’t very good.

Preface- we have 4 big movie theaters here in Lexington. In the theater we went to they had 4 midnight shows—all SOLD OUT. It was PACKED and packed full of crazy. LOL. I was ready to “shhhh” loudly if I heard too many shrieks and carrying on, but I really didn’t have to. The only thing fan wise I found REALLY annoying was that there was laughter at inappropriate times, and randomly at Jasper.

The HP preview is really the only good preview that we saw. AMAZING!!!!!! It got equally as many shrieks as Edward Cullen LOL. Maybe some from my row. :lookaroun

Overall- I was very happy with the movie. It was about 70% straight from the book, and 30% add ins for the movie. All of the stuff from the book was of course great, the add ins were also good for the most part, there was only 1 that I didn’t like.

Casting- all of the casting was great! The more I try and think about who stood out pretty much everyone did LOL. I am a little ashamed to admit that the first time you see the Cullens on screen- you see them through a window walking into the cafeteria I got cold chills. All of the Cullens were DEAD ON. It was almost a little weird because they were just like I imagined.

Stuff that Stands Out- Okay pretty much every time Edward and Bella had a scene together I was holding my breath (which I didn’t realize until my BFF would quietly say something that would make me laugh.) But as nerdy as this sounds I really need to see the movie again to make a more specific judgment. Kristen Stewart did a good job though, she gave Bella a lot more depth and she wasn’t as whiny teenager as she was in the books. One thing I wasn’t too crazy about is that they kind of chopped up the Meadow scene, which ultimately was good but not as good as in the book.

The nomad added storyline was really good. I don’t want to give too much away there. And the scene, oh wait back up…. The baseball scene was my FAVORITE! Gah! So awesome. So when the nomads arrive at the ball field and are talking they did a bunch of close-ups of all their eyes and the contrast of how theirs were red and the Cullens were bronze. Again awesome cinematography!

So the scene I didn’t like *sighs* was one of my favorites in the book, so in a way I was set up for disappointment. I don’t want to get too specific, but it’s from the end of the Ballet Studio scene where Edward is saving Bella from the venom. And you know, maybe that's what did actually happen...I guess if we had Midnight Sun we would know for sure.

Last thoughts- As a fan, I was really pleased with the movie.
A few things were different sure, but for me, it 100% captured the feeling from the book which I did not expect it to fully do.

Best part of all—the ending TOTALLY almost went out of the way to set up New Moon!!!! I have a ton other things that keep reeling through my mind, I will post a more detailed review on my blog. LOL.

Great review! I can't wait to see it.

Apparently we have a cat now...

read about it in my blog for more...I gotta run! www.nibblesandbitsoflife.blogspot.com

The cat is too cute Nibbs!
