The dining area will rotate again soon.. It didn't 'break down', so much as a unique component had to be removed (original parts) so that it can be replicated to replace.. Stop panicking.

It'll also spin a a slightly higher rate when it reopens.. (the speed that it originally spun when it opened originally)

I don't know where you get you get your info from. Either you making it up or your source is just feeding you a line of BS, but you are totally wrong AGAIN!

Quite amazing that cost is an issue to fixing this flagship restaurant!
Disney need to up their PR to create a better impression of guest care.

Not gonna lie. This restaurant kind of make same sick with its moving. Not saying I want to see it broken, but it would not offend me if it didn't move.

Does anybody know in a verifiable way what the actual problem is? Without knowing that the typical TDO this and Disney that vitriol that is typically spouted on this board is just blowing smoke. If it's a small problem there might be some justification but if it's something major that requires pulling the restaurant apart we are in a whole different level of problem. Maybe just try to get actual information before the He-man Disney Haters Club spouts off.

I do hope they fix it, I always enjoyed the slow rotation, it was really nice and relaxing. I think a cast member once said that it takes about an hour to do a full rotation. A characterless lunch would be awesome, but yeah I think there is only dinner right now with mickey, pluto, chip and dale.

Not much smoke being blown. The restaurant is not rotating but its still open for business, that much we know. What we need to figure out now is how are we gonna remove that stick from your ***

I get why people are upset, but I got so sick (like car sick) after eating there, that the only way I would ever eat there again is if it didn't rotate!

I've never had the pleasure of dining there, but over the many times I've been in the pavilion, I don't think I would like to sit there right in front as people walk to the lower levels.
