More consistent recognizable characters in the land, a stunt show, new MF missions, some of those autonomous droids bumbling around on the lower show-flow in the MF queue and the restaurant concept. Basically "season of the force" up that land, it doesn't actually need much in the way of over the top spend.
A bantha mover, while cool, can not be reintegrated into the land. That version of the land is long gone. It wasn't a last minute cut, the land was reworked without it many versions ago.
Changing Rise characters is literally meaningless and a token move. One the general public could care less about. I'm NOT opposed to the original trio appearing in the land, but it doesn't make Rise (an incredibly well received ride in GSATs) better. There are 100s of other more pressing ways to spend money in Disneyland.
If they want to spend some actual low-grade money, build an indoor musical-revue Tiki-Room/CBJ like experience out behind Pooh. With droids and aliens and critters. It would fill a significant gap in Disneyland's overall menu, which is one of the very, very, very few things Magic Kingdom clearly does so much better. Luke and an Ewok can be the maestros, for all I care.
