Future Imagineer's Brainstorm Sessions

Well a 100 million isn't too much money to work with so here it goes.

I would first spruce up the entrance way and brighten it up and add my soda fountain idea. Then change 1 or 2 scenes in GMR to give it a semi-new feel

Pixar place would expand and get the incredibles ride I am creating and pizza planet moved.

Muppets would get a fresh spruce in the 3D and screening( no change to the film itself) pizza planet rethemed to swdish chefs kitchen

Star wars would have a new lightsaber jedi training area inside the jedi council room with AA yoda. And a new indiana jones attraction(not a replica of the other ones due to the fact we have dinosaur)

Sorry Turtle but after adjusting Pixar Place to fit Crush's Coaster, then building it with detail, most of your budget is gone.
Ah true. Take out the Crush Coaster and add an outdoor family coaster (like Goofini but longer) themed to Incredibles

You still have way too much.
well this is kind of impossible in my opinion because first of all...even imagineeers wouldnt tackle a huge project like re-imagining disney studios with only 100 million...you would get one building done. There budgets are more carefully thought out then that! There is just way too much.

I never said you had to do the DHS makeover. I just said you had to do a project for 100 million.

BUT that was after you said pick a project...If you asked us to do a project that could be greenlit for 100 million before we stated what It was. It would have worked better, Just my two cents!

NEW TOPIC

This is part one of a two parter question so no one start a new topic please!

If you could green light one project in any Disney Resort what would it be?
Ok now for part 2.

What would you green light with a 100 million dollar budget?

This obviously rules out the option for a DHS makeover, so go ahead.
Not once did I say you had to keep the same project for both, and I even said on the second post this rules out a DHS makeover. I don't think it would make sense doing it the other way around. The point was to make you guys go blue sky with ideas and then bring in the realism of things.

Then it shouldn't have been a two part question. The wording was confusingg. One questions asked you what you would grrenlight and what would you do with 100 million dollars. They are totally different. One is what you want and one is a realistic option for the parks. But I'm not going to argue anymore all mighty one! ;)

@ctxak98 I'm not arguing, I just want to clear things up. What you said is right and was exactly the point. I was trying to show two parts of imagineering, blue sky and then the realistic side of things. It obviously worked because some of you guys struggled, so now you know that you need to attempt to overcome this or you really aren't fit to design rides.

Not really Turtle, keep in mind what @Tip Top Club just said. 100 million isn't a lot when it comes to theme parks, but it is still a realistic budget. Most people never see that much money in their life.
hm. i think i'd take out the Up Spinner, Muppet Interactive Game, Pixar Pals meet and greets . So it'd only be Monsters Inc dark ride, Firework show, Mos Eisley, new Muppet restaurant, Muppet Mobile Labs, and indoor training academy.

You could probably do your dark ride and a restaurant.

The Walt Disney Company is the best company in the world when it comes to wasting time and money. I don't mean that in a belittling way, it's just the truth from firsthand observation.

I wouldnt have struggled but I read the directions wrong. IF I ONLY HAD 100 MILLION on ONE thing...I would go For Imagination re-do like tip top club said OR just the Incredibles ride.

Hmm. If its just 100 I'd just do the full Star Wars land (Indoor Training Acadmey, Atuopia with Star Wars vehicles, firework show, cantina)
