i'd want fire mountain and the dark ride to kind of intersect and tie into each-other but i think there's an expansion pad behind the Swiss Family Treehouse, so replace the Swiss Family and use that pad

I knew you would say that, I am excited to see your answer when I start part 2.
But now you faced with the question, could a mini star wars land be done right with a $100 million budget? Keep in mind RSR cost over $200 million.

I'm not good with what knowing what I can do with that amount but I'm guessing I'd do "value engineering". But I'll post in an hour!
It would be good to learn, there is much more to imagineering than blue sky

Star Wars Land - Mos Eisley Cantina table restaurant replacing BACKLOT EXPRESS, Indoor Jedi Training Academy replacing SOUNDS DANGEROUS, a ride like the Speedway but with Star Wars vehicles that people can drive, Firework show at the end of the day themed to Endor celebration from Episode VI , An Untitled Star Wars store, walk-around Ewoks through the Endor section. There are two areas: Tatooine (Jedi Training Academy, Mos Eisley Cantina, Big New Store, New Star Wars Speedway) and Endor (Star Tours, Endor Celebrations, Walk around Ewoks)
MUPPET COURTYARD - Add Muppet Mobile Labs walking around the area, replace PIZZA PLANET with Muppet character dining, make the store next to MuppetVision COMPLETELY muppets. Add a joke store, and interactive game around the area themed to somebody stealing props for the show, refurbish MuppetVision effects
PIXAR PLACE - Incredibles themed family outdoor coaster (like Goofini but longer) where you train to be a super, Monsters Inc. Dark Ride That was just patented, Up Spinner, Bugs Life retheme of HISTK Playset, Café Ratatouille, and Pixar Pals Meet and Greet center where all the Pixar characters are.
DISNEY STUDIOS would be cut in this plan due to budget

Sorry Turtle but after adjusting Pixar Place to fit Crush's Coaster, then building it with detail, most of your budget is gone.
