I said most guests may not know. The site's admin said crowds at 8:20am were typical of most park openings. Disney did not decide on an opening date until faily late in the project and did not communicate it outside of a couple of social media outlets. If Epcot sees 30,000+ people a day and the lines are caused by 5,000 "have to be there first!" guests, is that not less than most?
My only complaint is the EPCOT tier system will make it impossible to do the park in one day without missing one of: Soarin, Test Track, Frozen.
and then Olaf sings Summer... makes sense to me lol
Interesting that Soarin is a 105 minute wait. Thought everyone in the park is in line for frozen but apparently there's enough people in the park to back that ride up too.
In park sign is at 300 minutes (5 hours)MDE app is saying 210 minutes now (3.5 hours)... (Soarin's not much better at 150 minutes)
are all 3 theaters open for Soarin yet?
I think the idea of the final scene is that the visit to the ice palace didn't work out, so Olaf is suggesting trying a summer venue might be more fitting... so then guests depart back into the Orlando sunshine.
That is NOT the full ride through. Checkout a subsequent post by aaronml which has the full length ride through (roughly 5 mins). That looks amazing!
Probably a lot of people doing rope drop for Soarin and FP for Frozen. I know that is how I planned the Epcot day on my next trip. Hate those tiers!Interesting that Soarin is a 105 minute wait. Thought everyone in the park is in line for frozen but apparently there's enough people in the park to back that ride up too.
