I used 100 points to access a freshly-cleaned handicapped-accessible stall in MK. It was that or a week in Boulder Ridge and I stand by my choice.

The price per point is laughable nuts…but I have no idea what the min buyin is these days?

We bought in 2016 two SS resales and one Poly resale, then a 25 point direct sale later from Poly. Have no clue what the minimums are now.

I find the placement of the toilet above the refrigerator to be very convenient.

Maybe, but in 9 years we've only lost about 10 points total, but not because we let them lapse, we thought we had banked them but didn't. HOWEVER, we got them back calling customer service (8 months after the fact).
