No free dining for Spring 2010. Maybe for fall, the promotions should come out late March/early April.

It is announced the first of April for the fall in the past. Around the 10th I believe but pincodes went out last year before the general public offer.

For the last 2 years our offer has come in an email from Disney Visa.

As a solo traveler, I would prefer room discounts over free dining. Last November they offered both and it was a lot cheaper for me to just get a room discount.

I just received a PIN code in my email for Free Quick Service Dining from August 15th to October 2nd.

( I didn't think I would get another PIN code since I had booked my vacation 2 weeks ago.)

I suspect that if dining is offered in the fall - it will be for Quick Service Dining rather than Regular Dining.

Strictly Assumption at this point.

That sounds like to me like a different offer all together. As we know Disney does like to send offers out at random...
