We are finding that several agents have the wrong dates on the papers in front of them. Even though their papers are wrong, if they try the dates they will go through.

If you get an agent who says that your date doesn't work and it's listed in our dates on the first post, ask them politely to check anyway.:)

The special is also posted on the disney website so that might help if you are being told that your dates are "wrong."

Silly question I'm sure but here goes.........if you just book online it works as well as speaking to an actual cast member, right? I've been trying to call and get "all circuits are busy now". I've never booked online through Disney's website before and didn't want to hit a glitch......

You can book it online just triple check that everything is correct. The system is infamous for adding or subtracting this or that, changing your room type, etc.

I Tammy, Rich, Pam, et. al. all, I have a question that I am pretty sure you folks will be able to answer. (I spent over an hour on hold with the Disney folks, then got a dial tone:mad:). My daughter and her family and myself and my wife booked two reservations about a year ago. We both have the dinning plans. Our arrival date is Saturday November 26th and leave Saturday Dec. 3rd. Can we retro the free dinning plan without screwing up our Poly and 10 dinner , lunch ressies.? Thanks for any help.

Yes. While your dining reservations will reference your conformation number for your room they are not connected to it in any way. You could flat out cancel your room reservations and your dining reservations would remain.

I think I just talked to you on the phone. :) This may help you to have it in writing. Since free dining won't work for the 26th, call the reservation center and have them separate your reservation into two reservations. A room only at the Polynesian on the 26th and a free dining package at the Polynesian starting on the 27th.

As Richard said, it won't mess up your dining reservations. It also won't mess up room requests or anything else you've planned. It just means you won't get free dining on the first night, but you will for the rest of your stay.

Disney has to warn you that they could make you move rooms since it's two reservations, but I've never seen that actually happen in a case like this.

Good luck! :)

Does anyone know how the changes to the 2012 DDP will come into play with this offer? Example: QS is dropping to 1 snack and TS is adding the mug

Good. I'm going February 5-11. Won't have to deal with free dining when I'm there.:sohappy:

Please keep in mind that the length of the stay does not need to be within these dates. The dates listed above are arrival dates. You can arrive on any one of these dates, and have free dining for the duration of your package. (based on availability, of course!)

Our trip is planned for February 4th - 11th. Does this mean the crowds are going to suck? I've never been to the parks/resorts during free dining.

Also, we typically don't book anything until around about 3 or 4 months before. Does that mean it's going to be impossible to get any ADRs? (We only make roughly 2 the entire trip.)

Dont think you will really see a differnce in the parks..but you might want to think about making any ADR's you really want as soon as you can. The TS is where you will see the crowd increase!!

I just booked the a Fort Wilderness Cabin for an eleven day stay online with free dining. Everything seems to be in check.

Most likely won't make any difference.

If you travel in 2011 you get the 2011 plan.

If you travel in 2012 you get the 2012 plan.

This does not help my 10/16-10/12 visit.

I feel bad, Marie hasn't had to rebook this trip at all yet.

Maybe Ill get an AP if those discounts are announced and rebook to keep her busy :)
