Free Dining 2015?

was on hold w/out music...fine as I was at work and speaker phone silence was best since it was 2 hours 10 min. Modified reservation and now have free dining for the dates we already booked for Dec.

Thank you for letting us know that eventually they pick up when you have been waiting with no hold music. I have been freaking out that my attempt to switch phones screwed things up!

So I could possibly get the free dining IF we extend our stay by one day. From the sounds of it i won't be able to get thru til much later so 2 questions.

1. would you extend your stay (this would put us at leaving on Christmas Eve)
2. do the PH tickets have to be for the whole stay? (we already have 3 day PH with the dining plan)

I finally got through ! I got exactly what I wanted with out changing anything Wilderness Lodge 11/19/-11/27.
It took like two hours on hold and about 10 minutes actually talking to the cast member.

You only need a 3 night stay with 2 days of tickets that have Park Hopper and/or Water Park Fun& More.

I don't get how Ticketmaster can somehow deal with bursts of people at a time, but Disney can't. The IT department should all be fired. This has been going on for years and still the same old problems. Completely unacceptable for a multibillion dollar company who touts how great they are at customer service.

I feel bad for the phone reps because they have to take all the heat, and its not their fault.

The website was working for me just a few minutes ago. I'd get a few times where I'd get an error message, and I'd either have to re-hit the submit button or hit refresh and I got it to go through. Booked AS Music for Nov 14-23rd
