If that is a ride and I'm seeing the ride vehicles as similar to Tow Mater's, then something will be pulling you along the track. Possibly the firefly from Pixie Hollow?

Interesting maybe its much larger version of DCA's Francis's Ladybug Boogie, TDS's The Whirlpool and WDSP's Cars Race Rally?
