StitchKingdom.com just shared the first look at the 3D Model for the new Fantasyland Expansion. Here it is:

A couple of things that caught my eye:

I don't see the Pooh M&G anywhere.
Barnstormer still doesn't have a theme in the model, same with the Train Station.

And something that caught SirGoofy's eye:

It appears there is an attraction in PH very similar to Tow Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. A quick comparison of the two areas-

Since this will inevitably stretch many pages, I'll just say, "I like". :D

So is Barnstormer just being reworked? The track model looks the same, albeit white.

I really hope they can add a Fantasyland Info Center to the Main Street Expo Hall like they did with EPCOT Center, MGM, and the Animal Kingdom. I think it would be a great way for people to view film interviews and concept art in the Disney Story theater, and then have models of the attractions and new Fantasyland on display for folks to see.

Looks good...although seriously, I think I see a Pixie attraction right above Dumbo. The look of that area really reminds me of Mater's ride for Carsland...

Either that or I'm nuts.

Oh, AWESOME. :sohappy:

Seriously awesome to see it in tangible forms. It's much bigger than I envisioned. So much detail to be seen...and built.

And yes, I see PH. And ample room for a...attraction. ;) :D

I'm telling you, the attraction is already THERE!

Yep, it is. Very, very, very interesting. This isn't the attraction I was told about, though. That's supposed to be very advanced.

But this is great, too. Very happy right now. :D

IF another ride is added later, I really hope it's not Pixie related. There's no need for 2 Pixie rides.

But I am happy to see another attraction.

If it's not the same layout, it's the same system. The vehicles are exactly the same!

Maybe not the same layout, but you can see how it looks very "messy" and very wild like in both layouts. I was reading a thread about Tow Mater's and they said the ride will be a "whipping" like ride, so when you go around a corner, you (w/ 1 other passenger) will "whip/sway" around the corner.

Also, you can faintly see a the track layout in the system. If a ride, I'm curious why they went with an outdoor one rather than inside of a show building.

PH aside, I wonder what they are going to theme Barnstormer and the Train Station to. Obviously it's still not decided. Would be cool to see the Train Station and Barnstormer be matched to another different theme. (not Dumbo nor PH) What else could they do?

It would not be a ride. It'd be a walk through...I THINK. It has the opportunity to be anything, honestly. I just know about the tech that they want to use and the "effect" it would have.

Yea, the ride sounds like a lot of fun.

I agree, I'm surprised it's an out door ride. Maybe it's too big for an awning, but there's not enough room for a full show building?

Awesome!

It looks bigger than the art made it look. The model gives a better idea of how foliage may be! Having something 3D is great.

Sounds like TSMM, to be honest.

I'd love for it to be Alice. I think that would work.
