Nope! People are saying on Twitter the ride is currently operating and Ready Creek says they have had no reports of fire on SSE. :shrug:

I don't think it was addressed specifically to you... I think it was more of a general notice for everyone that this may be more serious than we think.

No news from my contacts; either their cells are off or there isn`t anything to report in a hurry. Hopefully it`s the latter.

Just the thoughts of a fine on SSE scares me to death. Too many people on the ride, everything is dark, people will just panic.

WOFL-TV's Bob Frier mentioned it on his (apparent) Twitter stream. @bfrier -- "two possible breakers... fire and evacuation at Spaceship Earth at Epcot and man pulled alive from rubble in Haiti." ... so maybe WOFL will grab some info on it.
