Looks like the article has been reworded to be a little less accusatory after some intervention by at least one person I know

So, with all the smoke, and deathly flames and all, I think they should totally activate the Triangle Screens to be able to provide Safety instructions and assistance. Also, the song "Tomorrow's Child" should be played to soothe anyone nervous or anxious in said event.

Electrical short at the unload platform smoked the place out. CMs discharged a fire extinguisher, which I can tell you from experience makes it look like there's even more smoke. Routine evac, all is well, etc.
