Maybe I'm reading way too far into this, but Zach just posted on Instagram, saying that since "work on World Celebration is in full swing", it was time to "pack up the models" and move on to their next big project. Future World West seems to be remaining untouched, from the wording of the post.

Imagination and the Odyssey are officially in Celebration, along with Connections, Creations, CommuniCore Hall, and Spaceship Earth.

Did that officially come out? The images always showed the Pavilion being in both colors, and frankly "Imagination" is more Nature than a Celebration.

It's on the line of their crude, Mickey-shaped drawing but I believe it's always been listed as being in World Celebration.

I wouldn't take that as any indication they are not touching Imagination. World Celebration includes Figment, yes, but it isn't a part of "from the ground up" work going on.
It makes sense to me that the model he is referring to is one for the central spine. Which is underway in its construction. The remaining development really only means touching Seas, Land and Imagination. All of which wouldn't necessarily call for major modeling. Probably just cosmetic touches (at least for Land/Seas).

So... Figment updates. They seem to have fixed his neck by shoving something inside to keep it rigidly straight. He now kind of just stares at the cieling the entire time, with his mouth barely moving.
