My favorite Memory has to be on October 1, 2011, when I arrived to Magic Kingdom at 7:30am for the 40th Anniversary, and left at 12:20am. One of my best days in the Kingdom.

Without a doubt the 40th anniversary was my best memory this year. I collect guide maps and have for several years and getting the commerative guide maps was awesome to me. Plus the energy of the MK that day was fantastic. Can't wait for the 50th!!!

The six nights my husband and I spent at the Contemporary with our view of the Magic Kingdom. There was nothing I enjoyed more than rolling back to our room each night and sitting on our balcony watching all the lights twinkling at MK. Whether we returned to our room at 10 pm or 2 am, I made sure to spend some time out there each night. Pure magic.

I would definitely have to agree with you on this one..got there at 7 am and left probably about the same time. One of the best days and weekends I've had! Oct 2nd gives it a run for its money going to the Touring Plans meet and spending the day with new friends :)

Got to go twice this year so.....

June: Driving up to Port Orleans Riverside (haven't "driven" to WDW since I was a kid) and playing mini golf at WinterSummerland

I have 2 memories that go together:
-May 16, 2011- I got married at Sunset Pointe at the Poly, and for our reception we went to Kona for Tonga Toast! Later that afternoon, we met back up with our families at the MK and we had a blast! Gotta love riding Space Mountain with the whole fam on your wedding day! We ended the evening with the Tomorrowland Terrace Wishes dessert party. Both of my parents said it was one of the greatest days of their lives- my dad still brags about riding roller coasters with me on my wedding day, and my mom insists the dessert party is her favorite Disney memory of all. The entire day was unbelievably perfect!
- May 20, 2011 we had bridal portraits taken at sunrise in the MK and it was so much fun to wear my wedding dress in the park! I'm really glad we waited until after the wedding to do the pics, because my dress was trashed after, lol

Getting to see my son play on his varsity baseball team at the main stadium at the Wide World of Sports. We were so proud of him! The pictures on the field after the game are priceless. We did this the last week of March 2011.

My best memory is finally joining this board after just being a "read-only" for years and interacting with this group made my park experiences better, from the suggestions and reviews. I say the best park memory is everytime I have visitors from out of town over here and taking them to see Mickey! :ROFLOL:

From our August trip -

Waking up early with my 9 year old daughter while the rest of the family slept in.

We went to MK and conquered the "Mountains", did HM, WtP, PotC - had lunch at Columbia Harbor House - grabbed a Dole Whip on the way out and made it back to the Beach Club by 2 o'clock. It was a blast!

Watching my 15 month old son run up to Mickey Mouse, while pointing at Mickey and looking back to the rest of the family with a huge smile, as if to say, "Can you believe that Mickey Mouse is right here in front of me". I was able to get the whole thing on video and it was truely a priceless moment.
