Based on the # of plays I guess my favorite loops are the American Adventure (lots of folk songs played gently) or the International Gateway loop that also plays at World Showcase Plaza (a selection of the original background music from around the lagoon).
As far as rides go, the Pirate Overture you hear walking through POTC is the all-timer-- nothing like some low moody horns as you descend through the queue and smell that Disney water smell!
