My parents are staying in the allstars but the reservation is only for 2 people and theres 5 of us (so we can obviously stay there cheaper)

But how would that work because being that 3 of us wouldnt be included in the room, would us 3 not be able to get in for emh? How does emh work? anybody know? Thank You

No
A room at All Stars has a max occupancy of 4. Anyone without a room key cannot access EMH.

I'll avoid the lecture...

you have to have a valid room key in order to take advantage of emh - at least that is my understanding. So, if all 5 of you are at the park together and only 2 have the room key, only those 2 will be able to enter the park early, or if night emh - those 2 would be the only 2 able to get on the emh rides.

If you do not have a valid room key, you can not attend EMH. It is one of the benefits of booking a package for all of your group.

5 people in a 4 person room, thats gotta be crowded..as other said, no room key no EMH...

You used to be able to get around the problem back durring wrist band days, but even then... I would never sneak in 3 people...

There have been stories of people being asked to pay for a 2nd room if they are caught breaking the occupancy rules of a single room.

No EMH for you. This is something reserved for resort guests and you technically are not a resort guest.

I'll refrain from the lecture but in case your parents read this: I know your trying to save money but this is not the way to do it. It will be crowded, you will be worrying that you might get caught and incase of a fire, the 3 extra people in your room are not accounted for.

As stated by the PP's, the rooms at All Star do have a limit of 4, and they expect you to pay the extra $15 per adult over 2 in the room. 5 people should really be in a bigger room, be it a suite, or a villa. Without having everyone registered properly in the room you won't be able to use magical express, and most likely won't be able to partake in EMH as they should be checking room keys at the entrance to each attraction during EMH.
As another PP said, check to see if you can still squeak in free dining at your trip. That alone may pay for the cost of the second room.

Shame on your parents. I hope they catch you. You cheat, you lose.

I totally agree with you. What is wrong with these people. I hope they do get caught and they throw all of you out on your ***. Pay full price like the rest of us do. Don't be so cheap and if all of you can't afford to go, maybe none of you should go!!!

NO SOUP FOR YOU!

Just kidding. Pony up for the extra room keys or tell the front desk you lost your kees, get new ones and then use the old keys for EMH. I've never done that becuase I always pay for all of us to have EMH, but I'm not above being a little shady to help out a fellow wdwmagician. But if I find out you're pool hopping, you'll be in deep $h!t
