Well we know for a fact that the utilidors were his idea. Also the basic location of the MK on the vast property. We also know he was heavily involved with abstract and preliminary concepts for E.P.C.O.T. which he intended for the southern part of the property. Wasn't he also involved with the MK monorail and Contemporary designs?
The idea that he didn't have some discussions with Imagineering about his vision for the MK is naive it seems to me. Fantasy Forest seems very Walt-esque to me.
When Walt died in December, 1966 there still hadn't been much thought given to the Florida version of Disneyland. In his famous EPCOT Film produced on October 27, 1966 (about six weeks before his death), Walt stood before maps and sketches of the entire "Florida Project". And the Magic Kingdom property was there at the north end of the land,
and it was an exact cut and paste of Disneyland circa 1966. You can see this Disneyland as Magic Kingdom map on the excellent EPCOT '66 DVD released by Disney a few years ago, freeze the frame and see that it's Disneyland, right down to the Matterhorn and StorybookLand and the Indian Village and Autopia.
This screen shot from that October 27th, 1966 filming shows the far corner of the "theme park" used as the weinie in the Florida Project, and again it's clearly Disneyland even from that little tiny corner of the park. There's the Haunted Mansion show building next to New Orleans Square and the two Pirates of the Caribbean show buildings, across from Fowler's Harbor where the Sailing Ship Columbia docks next to the Indian Village.
It's Disneyland, circa 1966.

The earliest WDI artwork depicting designs for what we now know as the Magic Kingdom is dated 1968, two years after Walt had died. But the more telling thing is the attractions roster of Magic Kingdom Fantasyland versus Disneyland Fantasyland circa 1971 when WDW opened.

The Magic Kingdom version of Fantasyland used only clones from Disneyland, and they only chose the most popular of those.
To think that this 2012-13 update and expansion of Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland somehow gets back to the original concept Walt sketched on his deathbed but told no one about in late 1966 would seem to be wishful thinking.
It's probably best to just let Walt's plans for a cut and pasted cloned Disneyland remain in 1966, and thank the current crop of Imagineers and Orlando management for bringing us this 21st century version of Fantasyland. FLE is a classy and stylish update to the 1971 park.
Heck, look what Walt Disney's Fantasyland looked like in the 1960's when he passed away! The 1971 version of WDW's Fantasyland was an upscale model of sophistication and sleek style in comparison to how Walt built his own Fantasyland!
