Is this going to a partial indoor and outdoor coaster?
More like Big Thunder Mountain with outside and inside elements?
Or will it be like Space Mountain and Rockn'Coaster where its all indoors?

If its outside, will the weather influence the operation?

Looks like a long ride.

it's indoors and outdoors, so it will close during thunderstorms. It can run during pretty much any other normal weather though (rain is fine). The LSM lift on Screamin' makes a...screaming sound but there is a new breed of silent LIMs (SLIMs) that the Revenge of the Mummy utilizes.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster uses a slightly different system than we would see on Everest. There are no magnets on the underside of the trains on Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, but there is rather a cart that comes up behind the train and pushes it up to 58 mph. LSM lift hills involve actual magnets on the bottom of the train, and probably are more heavy duty, especially considering they need to be able to run outside, in the rain. The model that had been used for years (2000 until about now) makes an audible screaming noise when they fire, which the new SLIMs do not. The addition of SLIMs on the lift hill will allow for show scenes on the lift hill, something which I don't believe has ever been done. The train could arguably move forward, stop, and even go backwards on the lift hill for whatever showscene they are planning in Shangri-La.

Which is why before the launch, the train moves foward slightly and then the cart attaches to train and moves backwards slightly...it's like loading a slingshot.

I have a new file now...includes the snowy mountain and tunnels through it. The problem is, you don't get a great sense of speed or anything like that because its a little dark in the tunnels on the file.

I just wish I had a better screen capture software than just using my iSight and recording my screen.

Hmm.

We'll see. Let me put the finishing touches on it.

I can put rocknrollercoaster up as well...but that's old news isn't it.

You need to work on the Terraforming alittle more. It goes through the mountain several times. I don't know how accurate this whole thing is considering it doesn't have the backwards portion. * Not possible to do yet in No Limits. * Great attempt tho :)

I think the version going through the mountain is awesome... even tho it's nothing compared to the real thing... it's a solid effort and i definately enojyed it, and am looking forward to riding the real thing that much more!
