This is VERY different from Valhalla. In fact I don't think you can even compare the two IMO.masonp said:we have a similar ride in england call Valhalla in blackpool
According to the press release "the train rolls through thick bamboo forests, past thundering waterfalls, and along shimmering glacier fields" before climbing the mountain.DisneyDellsDude said:I have a quick question.
I noticed that the track has the train go around on the ground for a little while before climbing the huge lift hill. What's supposed to happen when it's on the ground there???

So where is the pic? Also, good job Luket3techcom18 said:I saw it!! What all of yous have finally been waiting for, I finally will give you a chance to see what Everest looks like at night. Okay, sure, it looks really weird and different from the usual, but it is AWESOME!!! The Imagineers did a great job for the lighting today, and it's great. Here is the visual picture:
The lights are all in the back and in the center of the mountain, with no lights WHAT SO EVER on the front! It formed a GIANT shadow on the whole outline of the mountain, from the bottom to the top peak at the center. It creates a giant shadow over the whole mountain, and creates a sense of foreboding and darkness...and it makes it look a LOT bigger!! With the lack of lighting on the mountain, I suspect that the ride experience during the night will be different during the day. This ride is gunna be AWESOME!!! :sohappy: :sohappy:

Just click the play button to play the animation
and click the mountain button to swith to an outline of the mountain and see the tack inside it.

sorry. but what does that have to do with my quote? I still want to see the pic of everest at night.Nion4 said:i was there a month ago, and I could have sworn the lights were in the front in a large arc facing towards.
Maybe they are testing one half of the lights and then the other half?
or Maybe my memory is bad.
