I think it was Betty who mentioned the GF tea. One of the people she knows is going.

Hi Freddy!!! How was school today?

The famous Nibbles recipe for:

Potoato Chip Cookies

1 lb of butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of flour
2 cups of crushed potato chips
1 cup of chopped nuts (preferably pecans)
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
Powdered sugar

Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Beat well. Add flour. Gradually mix thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. When mixed well, shape dough into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with a fork, dipped in cold water. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Remove when lightly brown. Let cool. Once cooler, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
