Hope everyone's having a great day! :) We're off to the doctor's again in about an hour, Lizzy can't keep anything down... (out of either end) and every time I give her the amoxicilin she throws it back up... so she's not getting any meds right now. I'm going to see what the doctor wants me to do, she was alot healthier before she got on her meds... UGH. I know sometimes it has to get worse before it get's better... but if she's not getting any meds and she's now got a high fever... that can't be a step in the right direction. :( My poor girl. She's still drinking though... so she's not dehydrated. That's good... and she's in a good mood, other than being really sensitive and snuggly, she's been all smiles this morning. *sigh*

Annnnnyway... so that's us. :rolleyes:

Hi Jess! That sucks that Lizzy is feeling so sick :( It must be hard to watch your little one be so sick and not be able to do anything about it.

It kills me. I cry every time she starts coughing b/c it hurts her so bad... she'll come over and grab onto my neck and just cough and cry and cough and cry. UGHHHHH. I hate when she's sick, I'd give anything to make it all better for her. We've been at the doc's office 3x's in the last 4 days. :( Hopefully today they'll have something better for us.

Poor thing :(

I am luckily starting to feel better. I felt miserable for the last week, so I can't imagine how miserable it must be for a child who has no idea what is happening to them

And what's worse, they have no idea that taking their medication will help them, so she fights her inhaler every time. She's good about taking the amoxicilin and the tylenol she makes a face but just opens her mouth and takes it without spitting it out. Although, she's been throwing it all back up so it's not doing us any good anyways... And... the inhaler is what's going to kick the bronchitis, which is causing the sore throat and raspy breathing... and that she can't handle. :(

Hugs, this is one of the hardest parts of motherhood, if I had a penny for every tear I cried when MJ is sick I'd be a wealthy woman.

Can I just tell you guys how much I love watching innocent things take place. I love seeing little kids in the store who are just to cute for their own good.....and right now my kitty is sitting on top of one of her toys (I call it her house...it's about two feet tall and covered with carpet) and she is chasing her tale and just having a great time.....little things like this just make me smile :D




(or maybe it's the incredibly small amount of sleep that I'm going on :lookaroun )

You'll have to forgive me today....I feel like I haven't been here forever and all these things are floating around in my head that I feel like I have to tell everyone :D

So my DH went Christmas shopping this weekend while I was at work....we agreed that we wouldn't buy to much for each other because our trip to Disneyland will be our big gift.....anyway.....I can see that my stocking is full and it is driving me crazy to not walk over there and see what is in is :lookaroun I never was very good at keeping secrets.
