Not really any time to talk. I have to study for my EnSci exam which is in... ohhh... two hours.

My uncle got married today. The wedding was at 2. How weird is that? Tuesday. At 2 PM. I videotaped.

I also just accepted my invitation to the Honors Program at Ohio State. So that's exciting.

Anyway. Hopefully I'll talk to you all later.

Ok... so just got back. We are now the proud owners of the latest Vortex Nonelectrostatic Valved Nebulizer. :lookaroun :rolleyes: This had better work. First shot was successful. :)

Potoato Chip Cookies

1 lb of butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of flour
2 cups of crushed potato chips
1 cup of chopped nuts (preferably pecans)
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
Powdered sugar

Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Beat well. Add flour. Gradually mix thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. When mixed well, shape dough into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with a fork, dipped in cold water. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Remove when lightly brown. Let cool. Once cooler, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Wow.... I think I need to go to the grocery store for butter and chips. ;) I'm going to add those into my baking list... the next couple of days are going to be surgary around my house while lizbear get's better. ;)

It does take a lot of butter...but it's SOOOO worth it...
