Speaking of which, are dining numbers looking better with Luminous running at night? I feel like this has been discussed before but I can't remember
Epcot is dead. Like alarmingly dead.

The percentage of filled tables at Epcot (and really all of WDW) TS restaurants is extremely concerning.

Between the overall slow attendance in general, not having a festival going, and just having a mediocre nighttime show, it is not an ideal environment to get bodies through the turnstile.

I noticed recently they stopped doing the b mode for the world showcase perimeter pyro when it's disabled due to weather, tonight was one example.
B-mode was on tonight.

Also not sure if you noticed @Starship824 (saw you in the live comments lol), but the green mimes at the very end are now red comets with a short burst tail. So maybe the new pyro added recently last month is leftover pyro after all?

I can’t believe people aren’t flocking to see the Encanto sing along and exploring the new communicore hall school cafeteria. Don’t forget the pole dancing show near Moana’s fountains and the photo op by the adult planter or Walt sitting on the toilet. If you stay late enough you might even be able to see some of the ground lights working and on the way out experience the thrill of the spaceship earth finale which they spent so much time on and is so technologically advanced. Magical!

I know a couple of insiders on here were saying that the GSAT scores for Luminous were looking good so from a point of public perception it's a success. Just don't know for sure on dining numbers.
Just because it rates better with guests than Harmonious, a low bar to beat, doesn’t mean it’s good or a success.

But in fairness to Luminous, Epcots problems go a lot deeper than a single nighttime show underwhelming guests.

In theory Epcot with all the money spent on transforming it should be on another level than it was in 2017/18. It is not even close to delivering what was promised, which is such a shame and disappointment.

I’d visit the cafeteria if it had…what is it called? Oh yeah. Food.

I was at WDW two weeks ago, and it didn't look dead to me.

It was nigh impossible to find a table to eat at in Connections.

There was a sizable contingent of people dancing in front of the evening Latino Jazz Band (La Calle).
I think they're talking about Communicore Hall. You know, the one just adjacent to the United Airlines Gates.
Get your blandly themed EPCOT buildings straight.
:p

I didn't notice the red last night. I was being as observant as I usually. I don't think it's left over pyro, obviously I have no clue how this stuff works in terms of how they order pyro and what not but I feel like it would have stopped if it was just left over stuff. If anything the red coming off of the final looks like a misfire mismatched pyro from the "feel in the beat of our hearts" part before.

They did recently stop doing the extra center barge comets that go off with the finale perimeters, which has me thinking that they are left over pyro.

Also watched back that "feel it in the beat of our hearts" and it was loaded correctly. Also that part has red crosettes (exploding comets) instead of regular red ones that was swapped in the finale last night.

it also seems like they removed the butterfly wing-looking pyro fountains during the beginning of the romance section, that sucks, i really liked that addition.
