Would any World Showcase 'start in Mexico' apologists care to explain why the show begins with a welcome from Canada and proceeds counter-clockwise?

My guess is to start it in English so obvious to people who don't speak anything other than English that the other countries are saying the same thing but in a different language vs starting with Spanish and confusing people

If you start with Mexico, the end is "bienvenue, welcome, welcome, welcome (together)" . Vs "bienvenido, welcome (together)".
