Pretty sure this one from bio was taken yesterday morning as he mentioned in one of the other Epcot photos that it was taken in the morning of that day.

Maybe Luminous can run without the center barge?

If the center barge doesn't include some kind of fire effect, the show is an automatic failure. Even a $92 DMX controlled flamethrower from wish.com on each low profile barge that catches on fire occasionally would be better than nothing...

I'm just going off the report that the Center Barge wasn't at the first Test at the start of November. Don't look at me! I'm No Insider by any means!

I will say that if the Center Barge doesn't make it into WSL this week, it must not have a big part in Luminous or we have a Problem.....

It should be bringing something to the show that is consistent with the rest of Luminous. Don’t expect a big octopus arm contraption like Harmonious, but it will add to the show.

Wasn’t the Miss Piggy statue/fountain at Studios recently refurbed? Maybe they made a copy of the statue for the centerpiece? After all, Regal Eagle is already in the park…..
