And obviously I have a small sample size, but I did see it 4 times and all 4 times it was like that and it was over 3 spread out trips, wasn't like just when it was new

We suffered it 3 times. First 2 you could walk up at the start time and get on the railings.

Third time we were positioned to see the amount of people leaving the park during the show.

Overall the show scored poorly for a multitude of reasons. If it had scored well it would still be here.

I don't think we will hear Disney comment on this until Destination D in the coming weeks. I would be surprised if it gets pushed to next year, but on the other hand I don't see how this can be ready by October. The show isn't even testing yet.

Honestly feels like the hardware Harmonious should have had as soon as they decided to cut back on the original vision.

Hopefully they are building of elements that did work in Harmonius but learning from what didn't and creating a solid show

Exactly these are the parts of harmonious that I wanted to keep and I'm happy they are. The giant screens and octopus arms were way too much.

The barges are definitely not being fully assembled backstage, they might be delivering the base of it backstage and then the railing & etc are getting added to it.

The first two seem to have taken ~3 weeks to build and the second two another ~3 weeks. Fittings and whatnot aside, all six should be lagoon-worthy in a few weeks if they keep pace.

Yeah but they still have to test it all make sure it works.

It appears there is one spot light and one fountain per barge. There is also a space in the middle for another possible 'element'.
