I'm not sure why you feel the need to drag the muppets into this daydream.
Creativity is already paying dividends. Look at Cars Land. That's what happens when the creatives take charge. Sure, it cost a lot to build, but look at DCA attendance.

I have very high respect for the muppets and that's why I said you should leave them out of the discussion.
They wouldn't be loosing market share in Florida if they do what Comcast is doing with Uni - invest in their parks. My plan calls for it to coincide with an investment and expansion of DHS. It can't work economically if that wasn't part of it.

It doesn't matter. Jobs was and John Lassetter is why CL happened and why it got the budget it got. Jobs made sure that Lassetter took creative control of the company as part of the Pixar deal. Any way, the shareholders do not micro manage the executives. They do vote on who becomes the company executives each term cycle. If they are not pleased, they can vote them out.
If management falls asleep behind the wheel and lets Uni take Disney market share, you bet your bottom dollar, they will exercise their voting power and vote them out.
This entire thread is so far down the rabbit hole I have no idea which way is up....
