On a side note......I was looking at maps of Innoventions,do they really only use 1/2 the buildings?! Shame if they do.
They don`t use as much as Communicore used to. Innoventions itself only used the northern halves of both buildings - and even then not all the floorspace is onstage.

True. But dis-assembly of a structure is not as critical as assembly. You don't have to worry about signing off on long-term structural strength. Plus the original creation of the tarps included development and design work.
They may just be contracting out work to a local company that's used to aerial/elevated structures, rather than the tarp designer who's in upstate NY, or the support structure contractor who's now in Tampa.

Good Point! Hope,people hope!:D

Shame.:(

Does anyone know how long after permits are filed the actual consrtuction usually begins?

The site that can't be named says today that the tarps are coming down very soon. As in "weeks" not months. And the pin station is going too.

Nothing about the paint schemes, heck the UoE makeover took me by surprise, but I do know things about the tarps.

And you`ll like it.

According to that certain website it will start in a couple weeks. I'm hoping for no tarps in late November!:D:sohappy:

Awesome. I might actually be there to celebrate their removal in-person. :) Heading to Orlando for a wedding, will only have one day in the Disney parks, and it'll be Epcot (and perhaps a couple hours of Evening EMH at the MK). :)
